Q. Can the cards be personalised with my name?
Yes: The cards are personalised using a full colour thermo-graphic print process into the plastic, which is long lasting and durable. For this service we request that the name be spelt clearly any errors incurred by the person ordering will be charged an additional fee for a reprint.
If you are ordering online an additional charge of £1.00 per personalised card will be added to your order. You will be able to add your personalised message whilst proceeding to the online checkout.
Q. How long does it take before I receive them?
A. The cards are personalised and dispatched within 2 working days of order and sent by first class post within the UK. During bank holiday periods allow 5 -7 days.
Overseas 5 -10 days depending on area, bulk buys orders 10 or more are sent by recorded 1st class mail, which will require a signature on arrival.
Q. Can you make datacards for a specific area or purpose?
A. Yes: All card designs can be made to order as long as the information provided is validated and reviewed by the individual / group concerned. Preferable by e-mail or fax all graphics or content must not encroach on copyright without permission of the copyright holder.
Before the print process is completed. A sample design is made for peer review and an agreement of content / design and cost needs to be completed by the requesting company or individual. We can also produce identity badges for companies & staff.

We recommend that card set designs do not exceed 25 cards. Depending on the content we can usually complete new products within 28 days of approval of card content and design.
Q. How often are the cards updated?
A. We review the card content annually and update cards in line with current guidelines all new designs are shown on our web site and existing customers can purchase new updates for a minimal charge.
For new designs or for specific area's we offer companies an annualised contract so that any changes to card designs or new inserts can be agreed by prior arrangement. Therefore giving your company / staff updated information as and when you need it without further cost. Contact our staff for further details.
Q What is the bulk buyer discount?
A. Bulk buyer discount will give a group of 10 a full 10% discount off the R.R.P With reduced cost of postage. The order will be dispatched to one UK address. Any of our card range can be included to claim the 10% discount. This discount can then be shared amongst your friends. For overseas orders the discount rate will still apply but postal charges will vary.
